    Hi Lance,

The device that you had ordered from us is the OneTouch Elevate, is it possible that you had previously used another version of the OneTouch that was a different size.

I've taken a look at your account and see that your device has been able to use some of the data service, but if you're having trouble using the device off of Wifi please reach out to our live chat support where we should be able to help you improve your network connection.

    Hi Alex,

Currently our Moto G 3rd gen can only be updated to Lollipop. Once a new OS version is released for your device, you will be able to complete the System Updates in your phone settings to update it.

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your inquiry. Since the last posts on this thread we have actually started using a new method to provide customers with a better experience while also allowing them to receive those OTA updates in a more timely manner from the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately, this means that we are no longer working on the same updates for devices that were purchased before this change was made, which in this case includes your device.

Please email us if you have any further questions that we can address for you or if you need further clarification on these changes.

Sonin other words those of us who spent big money on your phone got screwed out on updates. Thats an amazing way to lose customers. Should offer a phone exchange or something along those lines for the customers that paid over 100$ for a phone. This is total rubbish.
