To see the status of any current phone order on your account, head on over to your Wireless Account page here on TextNow.com.

Your current shipping status will be listed at the top of the page, including the date that your order was picked up by UPS.

If you don't see any order information on your Wireless Account page, you may be signed into the incorrect account, especially if you have more than one active TextNow account.

If you have any questions about your order, you can drop us an email or talk to one of our chat agents on any of our Support pages during regular business hours.

    I just order a phone right now submitted my credit card information but accidentally shut down the page on my browser when I was in the process of adding my exciting number so now I'm trying to look for my order status but their is nun and I check my bank account and the money was taken from my account😳 So now I don't know what to do I'm looking for an order tracking number and I can't find it .please help!!

    Your Volt order is going out today along with the remainder of our Volt orders. You'll be receiving the phone no later than Friday, and once UPS picks it up later today we'll be emailing your tracking number to the email we have for you on file. You can also check your My Account page here at www.textnow.com and the tracking number will be available just as soon as we have one from UPS.

    You're only able to order one phone per TextNow account. If you log into your account here at www.textnow.com, your My Accont page will have your current order status at the top of the page.

    i purchased a phone and ended up breaking it within a week.
    I wanted to purchase a new one however for the past 2 weeks every time i attempt to purchase one, the system keeps redflaggin me to reach out to support.

    It's two days from when your order is ready to be shipped. When you ordered the phone, the product page should have shown you an estimated time of delivery.

    Once your order is fulfilled, it is picked up by UPS and shipped to you within two business days. You can check your order status online on your My Account page at www.textnow.com.

    Hello i paid for my phone and plan and haven't recieved a confirmation email yet? It states online if I purchased it before a certain time it would arrived tomorrow?
