How To Purchase A Device

Thank you for your interest in TextNow Wireless!

TextNow Wireless includes 4G and 3G data, as well as unlimited 2G data, so you can use your device even off of WiFi. We offer a range of devices with a variety of prices to fit your budget, and all of our phones (new and refurbished) come with a 1-year warranty! And we also offer SIM cards, so you can use TextNow on an existing CDMA or GSM device.

Purchasing A Device

To purchase a device, just go to our Phones & Plans page and click on your favourite device. You can also choose upgrade and device-replacement options if you have previously purchased a phone from us.

To purchase a SIM card, click Buy Now on our SIM card product page to determine the right card for your device!

Payment Method

We currently only accept credit, debit, and pre-paid debit cards.

All phone purchases come with a plan, and are not available for purchase without a plan.

    That's a great question! I'm afraid that we do not support wireless service in Canada as of yet, but rest assured that we are diligently working on it!

    That's a great question! I'm afraid that we do not currently provide any Samsung Note devices in our lineup, however, you are welcome to bring your own compatible Note device and activate it with one of our sim cards! For more information on eligibility requirements, please refer here :)

    Hi I tried buying the galaxy s3 and monthly plan tonight with my master card debit card that I got from S.S. it the debit card I get my monthly check on Anyway I filled everything out and it stopped and said they require a 2 month payment when using a prepaid card THIS IS NOT A PREPAID CARD ITS A DEBIT CARD any way why is this doing this it would be fine I guess but I won't have my monthly check on it tell next week so I have to wait just wanted and needed it now!!!! Thanks Chad Swager plz fix this

    Thanks for your inquiry! I have taken a look at your account and it looks like the card you had attempted to make your payment with was indeed being detected as a MasterCard Prepaid card.

    We're happy to hear that you're interested in getting started with TextNow's service, and as soon as you have the funds available for those first 2 months you should be able to get set up!

    I'm sorry your phone's screen shattered! As long as you're logged into your account the system will ask you to pick a plan, but since you already have one it won't charge you for it. :)

    If you don't already have a TextNow data plan, you will have to pay for a plan in addition to any device purchase you're interested in. However, if you do already have a plan and want to buy a new phone to use on that plan, you will be able to buy just the phone :)

    Hey Brittany, I do apologize for the inconvenience, however, account balance credits may only be used toward monthly plan purchases. As such, we would not be able to use it toward a purchase of a new device.

    In order to activate your Sprint device on your existing TextNow account, we will just need to verify the MEID number to make sure the phone is compatible for activation.

    It won't let me purchase a new device, yet my monthly payment was already taken out. I didn't pay it because the phone got shattered, and I never set up auto payments yet you guys took it out anyway. I just want the month of service I paid for
