Error: "Unable to establish a wireless data connection"

If you're seeing this error come up:

Head to your main Settings page on your device and look for a section called System Updates. Under there, you should see settings for Update Profile and Update PRL. Update both of those and the error should resolve.

For Pixel devices, look for Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Advanced > Carrier Settings, and run both Update PRL and Update device config.

    My dad bought me a ZTE Bolt from you all to replace an old phone. I kept the plan and had this issue whenever I left Wi-Fi and have yet to have it work without it. I tried doing both the update profile and update PRL, but it said both were unable to be done and to contact customer services. Please help guys!

    I bought an s7 galaxy I've never been able to make or receive voice calls on my huges net wifi . I was told by your people that it was my internet! If thats the case how come my friends with different phones. 1 is on metro and the other is aTrackphone both have your free app download I pay almost 27 dollars a month for well over a year. Also your new support plan is terrible !! But thats a complaint for another day because if we cant fix this problem I'll have to go to a different company.

    If your Internet Service provider can confirm that there are no VoIP protocols (UTP/UDP/SIP) blocked with your router, then we'd certainly want to look into it further within our own logs.

    You can schedule a callback online through your account to speak with a technical representative for further testing!
