How to change account info (name, email, number, etc.)
With TextNow, you have the option to change your phone number once every fifteen days. Here's how!
- Open TextNow app on your TextNow phone
- Tap on the Menu button in the top left-hand of the app
, and then tap on the Settings icon 
- Tap Account
- Tap on TextNow Number
- Tap on the menu button (three vertical dots) in the top right-hand corner.
- Tap Release Number to complete the change
Please note: a number change is irreversible once completed. When you release your current number, it can not be returned to you.
