Return Label

I've been waiting on a return label that hasn't been sent yet for days. My phone issue cannot be resolved, there is no damage to the phone, i was told to email and confirm my info then blew off and told to call. I cannot call, cause you guys are experiencing a lot of calls so no one can get to me. I've been waiting days for my phone return label, and i need a phone badly for my personal reasons.

I have replied to the email you had sent to us with the instructions to get your warranty replacement order processed. Please give us a call at the number I had provided so we can get this resolved for you, as I mentioned in my email to you, we are unable to process that return for you online so it is required that you give us a call.

@meganNoll  i am experiencing the same issue with my phone, and the lack of customer service. it is very frusturating because i need to be able to use my phone, but i cant and it seems like no one wants to help with the situation.

If you are experiencing issues with Google Play on your TextNow device, however I have taken a look at the account that is corresponding with your email address that you used to login here, and I can see that you're actually using a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime device. So you're likely experiencing a different problem.
