Problems Porting Out Number

I am, due to moving to an area with a lack of coverage, porting my number out of TextNow to a different service. Everything appeared to go fine and I can make calls/send receive *some* texts from the new phone. However, it seems as though my number is still attached to TextNow somehow and most texts seem to be going to the textnow app instead of my new service. 

 

After seeing this thread (https://supportwireless.textnow.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/210163143-Porting-out-glitches-?input_string=Problems%20Porting%20Number%20Out) I'm afraid this isn't going to end well but I was wondering if y'all could check to see if something somehow could have gone wrong on your end (if you guys are involved at all with porting numbers out)

 

I really enjoyed my time with TextNow and I've been with you guys for quite a few years, I'd hate for it to end badly. :(

Hey Peter,

We really appreciate the time you have spent using TextNow. Unfortunately, the way that our automated system is set up, it does not allow us to see any details about the number porting out. 

If you would like more information about your number being ported, you will need to contact the new carrier as they will have more information about the status of your port, and any problems that may arise during that process.

Hey Dan! It doesn't seem as though your number has ported out yet. 

If AT&T has confirmed on their end that the number is ported over successfully, I would recommend to have them email us at porting@textnow.com so we can look into what is occurring on our end.
