Can't log in

Hello, I have been trying to log into my account for two days and I get "an error has occurred" when I try to make another account it also says "an error has occurred". I have been with you guys for about a year and never had a problem. What is going on? It is imperative that I get this to work ASAP. Please help.

Hi there,

I have taken a look at your account and I can't see any reason on our end as to why you shouldn't be able to login. With that being said, it is possible that your wifi connection is not strong enough and is keeping the application from being able to load. 

So please make sure that you're connected to a reliable network and that you are using the right username and password to login. If you need assistance verifying any of the account information, you can speak to one of our chat agents who can speak to you about your account information privately!

Hello, I have been trying to log into my account and I can't log in my textnow account is an old account and I can't remember my log in code to my gmail account I just purchased a phone and it's linked to that account and I can't get passed the log in  please help!

Hey James! Are you using a VPN by any chance? (as that is not supported by our system)

Otherwise, I would suggest to try and sign out, clear your browser, and give it another try!

psqlny05755@gmail.com is my textnow account email but I can't log into it. Every time I put the right password but it shows username/password not match. After that I reset my password but got same result I can't log in !!! feeling feed up...

I apologize for the confusion. We were experiencing an issue which we are currently working on resolving, but I was able to re-enable the account for you today as a one-time exception.

My old account (go with email zalo.loza@yahoo.com - 133636453xx) is not login. I try reset password many time but finally I stil cann't login. 
I read other thread, the reason is that my account violating our terms of use. But I check the all operations of my account (go with email zalo.loza@yahoo.com - 133636453xx) I am sure I can not violate terms.
