Can't send or receive text

Hi, I ported my number out to Metro PCs last week. Everything is showing that the port was complete, however I can only send and receive text msgs from Metro PCs customers. Sprint, VZW customers can't text me and they don't receive my text either. Tech support has been contacted several times, the port dept for Metro and a new SIM card has been tried. Nothing works. 2**-***-**** was my Text Now #.

I did check spam folder. But this is my issue. I ported my number (2**-***-****) out to MetroPcs over a week ago. I noticed I wasn't getting replies back to some of the people I had texted. Come to find out I can only text and receive text from MetroPcs customers. I can't text any other network and I don't receive their text either. I have had my phone trouble shooted several times, have had it reset several times, and had a ticket on it. Still today I am having the same problem. Even the SIM card was changed. I don't know what else to do.
