Excessive Notification.

After running out/low on the DATA the notification never seems to go away. Every app I run has that little popup about my data running out.. It's very bugging. Like. I am aware of this situation, I can't even check facebook anymore. 

 

A side Note. 

Allow me to pay for extra data as waiting the rest of the month with no data is not acceptable for anybody. Should be able to pay for more earlier than due date.

Hey Hunter, sorry to hear about that! 

We recently changed our settings so that the red data banner only pops up once a day. If you are experiencing it more frequently, please try these steps! 

Otherwise, you are welcome to upgrade your plan during a billing cycle, as shown here

Hello I received a notification that I haven't used the text now app in a while. I don't remember when the last time I used the app. After how much time of inactivity does that notification message get sent out to me? Thank you

Hey Eric! It really depends on your lifetime cycle as a user, as it's controlled by an internal algorithm. 

A good rule of thumb is anywhere between 3-7 days, however, it can vary between users, so I'm afraid we don't have a concrete answer for you at this time :(
