What is going on

My card was charged without my permission and that's not even the card that I have saved....I did not want to renew my plan because the service is awhful and u can't get anyone on the phone to help you...please someone contact so I can get my money back

Hey Rachanee, 

I see that you spoke with one of our representatives. Now, since the charge recently went out, I made the exception and refunded the most recent charge. 

I do apologize for the inconvenience, and please allow for 2-10 business days for the funds to be deposited back to your account.

Someone please help & fix this!!! I was told by a chat rep almost a month ago that my plan was canceled successfully and that there would be no more future charges made to my card. But just yesterday, my card was charged 19$ by TextNow!!! Please fix this and refund my money. I have proof of the charge & you guys can see my records. Haven't used the wireless service in almost a month. I've just been using the free version. There should be no reason as to why I was charged. Fix this or I will be taking further action. I have taken a look at your account and se that your wireless service was successfully cancelled last month on Oct 29. However, according to the account records, the account was manually renewed a couple days ago through the account itself. I have taken a look at your account and it looks you had used a prepaid card to place your order today. For all prepaid card orders you are required to pay for the first 2 months of service up front, which is why you were charged for both the first month at the promo price and your second month at the standard price.
