No one will answer me. There is no chat button.
There is no chat button to be found. I want to cancel my service and the application says they can call me 15 days from now which will be far past the 30 day trial. This is not right!

Once you do find the chat button within the hours there open make sure to click sales and not select cancellation. It is Select cancellation the chant will sit open there for more than an hour and no one will ever answer. If you select sales as the department you want to go to the answer quickly reasonably quickly anyway and then transfer you to a senior representative and hang up on you usually several times and you have to get back on there and request the senior officer Again by name and then eventually they do get it done

We usually do have less volume when it comes to sales/general inquiries on chat, which is why it is easier and faster to get through to that appropriate agent. The only issue there is that those agents are not trained to handle cancellations, nor returns, so they must transfer you to a senior agent. It does sound as if at the time, our agents are operating at capacity, so we do apologize for the delay.
