Hi Ken! You are correct- if the number is inactive for a certain period of time (and that period of time varies across accounts), then it it unassigned. Now, we do send out daily reminders on the days leading up to you possibly losing the number, in order to remind you to send out a text or call to ensure the number isn't lost
I keep reading about people who have lost their phone number and are desperately trying to get them back. I guess many of them waited too long and the numbers end up getting reassigned to other customers. My questions is this: How does someone end up losing their phone number? Does it expire after a certain amount of time or possibly from inactivity?
