Email Forwarding.

I have the proper settings selected to have my messages email forwarded when I am offline. It has worked perfectly for months. Starting three days ago only a few messages have been forwarded. Sometimes parts of the same conversation. Out of 10 messages the system forwards 4. It is not my email and they are not in my spam folder. I use outlook. I asked a coworker who uses Gmail and they are having the same issue.

same here. It worked fine for me always and yesterday and today no messages have been forwarded. They are not in spam or anything just not forwarded

I am having the same issue.  Most of the time I do not recieve any messages.  What settings should I put on my phone.  I have a Samsung J3.  Judy

Hey Judy! Considering that you have a TextNow phone, you don't have to change any settings on your phone to receive messages. Any texts that are being sent to your TextNow number should show up on your TextNow app's conversations home. 

If you're having trouble, you can head over to our live chat support on textnow.com/wireless for further assistance/testing if certain texts are not coming in.
