How to use Live Chat Support

Hi Tien,

Our live chat support can be found in the bottom right corner of this page, simply select the blue box labelled "Chat with us".

Our chat hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 9am - 9 pm EST
Saturday-Sunday: 9am - 4pm EST

I am thinking about getting the TextNow SIMs card but I was wondering will it work on my phone network?
I have a Metro PC phone but as you know it runs on the T-Mobile network will it work on mine

HI !!

I WAS FORCED TO OPEN THIS NEW ACCOUNT TO TELL MY REAL PROBLEM HERE >>>>

 

Since January 3, i do not have access to my account.

Wrong password even if ITS THE GOOD ONE.

i change password, receive email, change to a new password, access still denied.

Made this 10 times.

Im with you - textnow - since 3 years ago, love the textnow platform, always pay my stuff to have a PREMIUM ACCOUNT

Hi there! It actually looks like your account was disabled for violating our terms of use. 

We have re-enabled it as a one time exception, and please ask that you look over the terms to ensure they are not violated once again, resulting in a permanent block.

Hi I have ordered my sim card and its has been over 2 weeks and has not come. I tracked the ups number and it says it was delivered but I still haven't gotten it. I checked the neighbors and neither have they. Is there a way I can be sent another my bill is almost due and I havent even used the service yet

It looks like your SIM card was delivered on Jan 16. If you have not received the SIM card please reach out to us through our chat support portal so we can verify your shipping address and get this resolved for you as soon as possible.

Hi, I really need help recovering my old number please. Messing around with my phone I accidentally changed it to a florida number. Please I need my old number ending in 1775 back, since it was the number I used more for work and appointments. Thanks.

Hi Yanzel, I don't see any history of a number ending in 1775 on your account. So we are not able to track down the number to check its availability for you at this time. 


Hi Becca, You will have to contact those 3rd party application vendors to ensure that they are able to properly register your number with their services.

Hi Krystal,

You can actually check which numbers you have blocked within your TextNow app. Head over to your TextNow App Settings > Select Calling > then you'll see Phone Numbers Blocked.

Hey Arial! The only phones that would be larger than your current one are the Samsung S6 and S7, and even so, they are only marginally larger.

Your site is difficult for me to cancel my account with textbook, your company got me this month with withdrawing money out of my ACCOUNT, I am closing my account information that you have on file"THERE WILL NOT BE AN ACCOUNT THAT YOU WILL TAKE FROM. I tried calling you when I start gaving phone problems; NO HELP FROM YOUR COMPANY. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY, YOU SEEVICES IS STRAIGHT BOODY!
