Usernames are used to identify every account and they cannot be changed once created.

Anyways I have asked and requested to recover my number (315) 688-0304 which is necessary for me. I didn't remember which email I used to register that number. Please register my above number I really really appreciate that. Waiting for your reply please helpppppppp!

THERE IS NO 'CHAT WITH US' LINK. In fact there are no links here relating to any type of chat. I cannot access any live chat options. Can you please send me a DIRECT LINK FOR LIVE CHAT SUPPORT???

Hi Maxwell,

I've taken a look at your account and it looks like you were able to reach out to our chat support team for assistance a couple days ago. Your calls had been temporarily disabled due to a terms of use violation. Once the penalty has expired you will be able to continue making calls from your TextNow app.

Ok I've been trying to port my number from text now to metro pcs and I need to verify info including pin number. I was sent info with a pin number of 1234 which they said was not correct is there anyway someone can send me the correct pin #
