Calls very choppy and dropping frequently

Are there any settings that I can adjust to get better call quality and not drop calls 3 or 4 times a day? Even when I'm at home with full wifi service and sitting right next to the modem - and I get between 50-75m down consistently - calls drop and/or the person on the other end either can't hear me at all or is only getting 3 out of 5 words I say.  It's just as bad anywhere else in town, so it's definitely not as issue with my modem. I've already done a full factory reset and nothing has improved. Is there anything else I can try?

Hey Debra! With these type of issues, it doesn't really come down to how fast your Wi-Fi is, but to whether it has the correct protocols enabled. As we are a VoiP company, there are certain SIP and UDP protocols that need to be enabled with your internet.

I would first recommend to clear out the app and update it if possible (in the PlayStore). After that, please reach out to one of our live chat representatives so we can conduct some tests, run diagnostics and get to the bottom of the issue.

I'm "reaching out" the help desk bu there's not one answering. If you all are on Eastern time then it's close to noon - don't you people keep regular hours? Is it standard to be ignored when opening up a chat session?

We are certainly still open. Our chat support has been getting a lot more traffic lately, and we only have a limited amount of employees that are able to answer several chats at once. We do appreciate your patience as we work through scaling up, and meeting your demands.
