Your online chat support agents are completly useless! He left me on hold for over 15 minutes, so I finally asked if he resolved my issue. He told me he "messaged fulfillment" and was "waiting for an answer." Then he just left the chat!! Your email customer support isn't much better because I emailed them Thursday of last week, and all they have told me was to do the online chat. What the hell goes on at that company?? Until this morning I would tell everyone how amazing textnow is, how the phones are affordable, and the plans were heaven-sent. But after THIS experience, I am seriously considering cancelling all of my family members accounts and just be done with textnow for good! This is insanity! ALL I WANTED WAS TO RECIEVE THE PHONE I ORDERED TEN DAYS AGO THAT STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!

Seems as though UPS originally sent the device back to us due to "the user moving". It looks like since then our fulfillment team has been able to simply replace the order and a new device is being sent out :)
Thanks for checking into that. I just felt like the agent I chatted with yesterday shouldn't have just left the conversation without telling me something about what was going on. Or he could have emailed me, or contacted me somehow and let me know. Idk, I just felt screwed at the moment. So thanks again for checking on it.
Another question.....Who would I contact to ask about a few days of service credited to my account to make up the days I've been missing out on because of this mix-up? My service started November 24th, and the phone won't get her until probably Friday the 8th. That's 14 days of service that i can't use. Is there an email address you could give me, or a number I could call? Thanks in advance.

You can simply email us at email@example.com once you receive the phone, so we can credit you or extend the billing :)

Hello I activated my data plan with new credit card and deleted ones before that I was actually billed twice on two separate cars for the 19.99 plan . Need to get that adjusted. Ty
Hey Kat! It seems like we were able to get that taken care of you, but I'd like to explain what happened so you can avoid it in the future :)
When you added a new card on, you also hit the "restart subscription" button, not realizing that adding the new card on file will automatically try to bill it.
So in the future, if you are adding a new card, make sure to refrain from hitting that button as well.
