I'm really sorry to hear your device is no longer functional. As it turns out water damage is not covered in the warranty we provide. We can, however, process a replacement/upgrade for you; however, the replacement policy is a little different: If you're within the first 1-4 months (after the first 30 days of service with us), the cost of the device will be the price you see on www.textnow.com/wireless + $40.00.
If the device is free, it would cost $40 to process the order for the new phone.
If the device is $10, it would cost $50 to process the order for the new phone.
