Issues with porting out number

I have a premium active account on the TextNow app and I was trying to Port out my number to a company called US Mobile but they emailed me saying that the ZIP code that I entered in the port in form was incorrect, so I was wondering if I was supposed to put my own ZIP code or if I'm supposed to put something else and I would also like to know if I am even able to do any of this without a TextNow monthly data plan 😕 it's very confusing, please answer

I'm having this exact problem. I have now contacted TextNow 4 times (3 by live chat and once by phone) and the zip code they have given me hasn't worked. It's been 3 days and I'm on the verge of submitting a complaint to the FCC.

Hi David,

I see that your were able to speak to one of our support agents over the phone a couple days ago and they were able to confirm the porting information that you had submitted to your new carrier. You had indicated that the new carrier had submitted the port request with the information we had provided you and they had said it would take up to 2 business days.
