Fraud Protection

So I recently ordered a "premium" phone and was prompted with the fraud protection and asked to send a picture of the card and a form of ID, which I did. However the card is only temporary as I recently opened the account therefore there is no name on the card and it is my card and I don't know when I should receive the permanent card. So how should I go about this?

You can either reply back to the email with your card and ID, even without the name on it the card, or you can give us a call at Support at the number below for assistance. You can also send us an email directly to fraud@textnow.com.
