no live chat on sunday

hey there is no live chat on sunday yall disconnected my data saying that i went over the fair use ploicy which i did not i even took two screenshots and replied to the notification email yall sent me. one shows the 4th to the 11tg(today) and another shows from the 8th to today the 11th. neither shows over 170 mgbs total in a week! can u please reactivate my data? otherwise ill have to skip work tomorrow bc i wont have a phone to call for myself a ride with from work

As for your data usage, I have looked into this for you and unsuspended your account. Your service should restart momentarily. Please keep in mind that data usage does not roll over instantly, and may take up to 24 hours to show up on your device. Regardless, Your service should be back up and running again.
