cancel my textnow account.

i do not want your service any longer i get no sprint reception when not on wifi and your customer service is terrible. I want my credit card information remove immediately close my account

Exactly... the service cannot be tolerated. LIVE SUPPORT box has no one available, Phoning into their 800 number... no one is available or wait-time has been 2 hours at a time. I believe the better business bureau BBB should know about this!

Messiah Porter I like to cancel my account . I've been calling and and always constantly on hold for a hour. do not charge me again I want my account closed. Phone no longer works

I need to have my account closed but i will be back i am having some finicial difficulties and I need to take a break for awhile please close my account and remove my payment info ty :)

Hey Aaron, 

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know whats going on. If you're having trouble with the monthly payments right now you can put your account on hold for up to 3 months. This will stop the card from being billed every 30 days until you're ready to add service back to your phone. After the 3 month period the account will automatically reactivate. However, you can call us at any point in that time to get the service back up and running.

I want to cancel as well I do not wish to be billed this month or any longer gor a defective phone that no.one will.help me resolve my issues with The phone was bought for Christmas and its only March ...well.April now w no replies to no avail...customer service used to be wonderful now it is difficult and not worth all.the trouble.Do not DEDUCT money from.my credit card any longer .Its deducted on.the ,4th of each month I do not wish to.pay for a plan w out a working phone .If u do.I.will report you to the CONSUMER BOARD OF PROTECTION as I have emailed sent numerous messages to.no.avail .No.one is helping me !

Hi Joseph, 

For Android

1. Launch the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions and tap on TextNow.

 

You can also access your subscription information through the TextNow app. Open the main menu of TextNow, tap on Premium at the top of the menu, and then tap on Manage Subscription.

 

For iOS

1. Open the App Store on your iOS Device

2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Apple ID, and then tap View Apple ID

3. Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions.

4. Tap on TextNow in that list.

5. Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription.

 

You can also access your subscription information through the TextNow app. Open the main menu of TextNow, tap on Premium at the top of the menu, and then tap on Manage Subscription (for Android) or Check Subscription Status (on iOS)
