Please note that if you're looking to port the number out of TextNow, porting a number doesn't automatically cancel your service. To cancel, please give us a call at 1-888-250-5255, Mon-Fri 9am-10pm and Sat-Sun 9am-5pm, Eastern Standard Time.

Hey Andrew! We've looked at your account and did some cleaning up. 

I'd please ask that you ensure you have the latest version of the TextNow app installed on your phone to be able to call and text, and you can simply restart your device (turn it off and on again) to complete the activation :)

I need help finding my account number and pin also. I submitted a port out request already with ATT to move my number over but I didn't have the account number yet so I don't know if they will contact you or if I need to call them back and give it to them once I get it from you.
