How to cancel service

How can I cancel service? I have called the number provided--but there is no one to speak to after hours of waiting--the same is true for the chat option. I wish to cancel my service ASAP. How can I do this? Thank you

I apologize for the long wait times we've been experiencing recently. We're trying very hard to answer all questions and calls in the order received, and we'll be ramping up our Support team to better handle the volumes.

With regards to cancellation, as do ask our customers to speak to us to cancel. We're here seven days a week, 365 days a year answering the phones, so please give us a call or use the chat window below to schedule a time to have one of our agents contact you.

same issue. i've been hung up on by your system twice now. total of ~4 hours waiting for a human. what's the callback link?

Wow, Textnow is the most laughably bad experience I have ever had with a phone service provider. Your actual service is terrible, your app is broken and rarely works correctly. The call quality is the worst I've ever had, and now that I'm trying to cancel this scam of a "service", I wait on hold for ridiculous amounts of time to be told that the number has been disconnected. And this is the only way to cancel huh? What a joke.

I can see my gut feelings were correct after reading thru numerous complaints! I did not even complete my initial order and was not given any options to verify and confirm order. I did not even finish. I went to restroom and came back to what appeared to be the beginning of my ordering process. I tried to continue only to be informed I had already made a purchase. I immediately tried to contact text now's very non existent Customer chat and proceeded to apparently have a lengthy conversation with myself! Nice job text now! Got my credit card and financial information and SLAM end of communication! You know there is a reason MCI does not exist any longer! I plan to dispute any and all charges posted to my account and will also post as many poor reviews as possible!! As well I plan to contact the attorney general and any other regulating authorities! I've worked for the biggest fortune 500 companies in the world for most of my life and hands down text now wins the biggest scam and rip off "company" and I use that term loosely, that I have yet to encounter!

I'm sorry to hear that there was some confusion with your order. However, I can confirm that you successfully completed an order for a Moto E device on September 8, if you did not receive a confirmation email we will definitely need to look into that for you.

acct# 516 399-2982 I have notified my credit card provider Capitol One, that I have tried to cancel my service with you,to no avail. They no longer will bill my account so DO  NOT charge my credit card. I have never been able to use the phone. CHECK YOUR RECORDS!!!!
