Call rejected

Every time i try to make an out going phone call from my text now account it says "call rejected" But i can send text messages and receive phone calls with no problem. This has been happening all day. What's the problem and how do i fix it?

Try these steps to clear out your TextNow app cache and data here, as there may be a software glitch on your end that's preventing the app from calling out.

Call rejected

This is what is happening but on incoming calls to my phone number i requested text now to port from metro pcs. 

Yet my number never was activated on my text now account and now I'm back with metro and unable to get my number back from text now.

Please I just want my number released back to metro

Hi Monique,

Since your port in to TextNow was not complete, Metro should still have it. I did check your account and can confirm that the port to TextNow was cancelled before it ever made it into our system, so as a result there is nothing for us to release on our end. I would recommend reaching out to Metro to see if they can just reassign it to you.

Yes i did cancel and thank you for helping me confirm (on document) that. So I've confirmed with Sprint that my number was successful ported under their network with a 3rd party (textnow). Yes again I am stating a fact that has been confirmed not only by Sprint but from a textnow porting technical support employee as well. So under FCC that means text now has done what they call SLAMMING. My number is currently under textnow not connected with any account however so anyone could be given my number. I'm asking politely to dig deeper because I have and MY NUMBER IS WITH TEXT NOW.

I have yet to recieve a email and metro has already tried with the account number I provided to transfer to text now

Hey Monique! I found the email that Erin sent at 10:35am yesterday to the gmail address that you have set up with your TextNow account. Please make sure that it is not in your spam or junk folder.

There is no e-mail at 1035 and all e-mails have been in my primary inbox instead of informing me of an e-mail y wouldn't u e-mail the information again and say in case you didn't recieve the info. That would have been much better customer service since I've connected with your company it's been nothing but a struggle.

Let's try this again then. The email has been re-sent (again, to the same gmail address that you have set up with your TextNow account, so please log into your account and ensure there are no spelling errors in the email itself).

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but this should lift in a few days. Try sending text messages in the meantime

Now I am having the same problem except I am on pc and not on the app

I am straight on the text now online and it keeps saying "call rejected" 

How would fixing this problem apply to me in this situation

Hello, Everytime I try to use the outgoing call feature it says call rejected. I am a premium user. I subscribed only so I could talk with that problem. I've cleared the data and cache. I've also reinstalled and restarted my device.
