my phone has been stuck on the LG home screen for two days like it is restarting, but its not doing anything..I can not dial out, and I'm trying to chat with an agent, but I cant seem to get ahold of anyone

Hey!

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your device issues.

If you're having trouble getting the device to move past the LG boot screen we may have to look at a factory reset to restore the phone back to its original settings. (Be aware! This will wipe all user data on the phone!)

You'll want to power off the device before we begin (If it's frozen and you're unable to turn it off go ahead and pull the battery from the back of the phone).

Once the screen goes black (you'll put that battery back in) hold Vol Down + Power to boot the device into Recovery Mode. Keep holding! Here you'll see the LG Logo show up followed by "Factory Reset Processing".
At this point you can release the hold on the buttons and you'll see a "Team Win" boot screen.

Select "Wipe" and swipe to Factory Reset.

Once the data has been wiped: Select Reboot > System.

The device will power up and should take you back to your home screen.

I contacted you several weeks ago regarding a SIMM card error.  After we tried to resolve the issue it was decided to send me a new SIMM card.  Was it ever sent?

I want to buy a Sim card and put it into a phone I bought off amazon.and keep this phone on and give to my son. How do I do that? I have enough money on my account to get the Sim card. Can you take it from my account and send it 2 me?

The account balance on your account can only be used toward monthly plan purchases/renewals. I'm afraid that we cannot use it to purchase the SIM card.
