Can’t log in!

It keeps telling me my password is wrong. So I have changed it 6 times and still can’t log in! I have important numbers in there that I really need! Can you please help! You

@Rachel- as mentioned in the other post, your accounts have been disabled for violating our terms of use.

Hi Zaib,

I apologize for the confusion. We were experiencing an issue which we are currently working on resolving, but I was able to re-enable the account for you today as a one-time exception.
 
You should now be able to log back into your account!

I just downloaded the text now app on new device & Everytime I try logging in nothing happeneds I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled I tried restarting phone idk what else I should do
