Email/password reset not working

My account username is leslielexlflc but i forgot the password, i know the email i had used for the account and I’ve sent the reset email probably 20 times and it won’t show up even though i know it’s the right email. Is there anyway i can change my email/password so i can get into my account?

Ive had the same problem. It wont let me log into my account even though I know my password and user and all that jazz. it says its incorrect when I know its not.

Hi Angie! It actually looks like the account was disabled. I believe this may be due to you attempting to use it in an unsupported location or over a VPN. 

Unfortunately, we would not be able to support service in your location at this point in time
