Not Recognizing New Password

Hello - 

I've reset my password about 10 times now, and each time I do, it tells me that it has successfully been changed. Each time I try to log in with the new password, it tells me that my username/password is incorrect. Anyone know of a resolution to this?

 

I've had to create a new account, but my old username was rashida1290. I would like that account to be reactivated.
