I was recently disabled for no apparent reason and when I tried to get help, I had absolutely no way of doing so.  There is literally no way to contact a human being within the company besides taking a road trip.  If you do not have an account already, do not get one as becoming dependent on the service will only lead to being unable to do things that you need and generally a headache.  Look at the other posts.  Very few of them have been answered, and most of the ones that have been were simply a referral to the live chat that they can block you on if they so desire.  DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT if you have not done so.  We shall see how long before they delete this post and block me from the community.

Hey Will! You should not be blocked from our live chat unless you were being abusive and ignoring any pre-emptive warnings. 

With regards to being disabled, we do disable accounts daily for violating our terms of use.  Depending on the severity and frequency of the violations, we may be able to re-enable it as a one time exception.
