 I can receiver their messages but I can't send them messages! help!

We do apologize for the inconvenience, as we seem to be experiencing issues with sending messages to Verizon numbers at this point in time.

I have read that there are issues with texts not going through.  Will these texts eventually be pushed through the SMS network or will we have to resend? There will not be a textnow message associated with the text when it reaches the end user will there?

I too am having that problem, but ONLY with one person.  I sent out 7 test text and everyone but one person got the text.

I can however send that person VIDEO and PICS.  It is only Emoji and Alpha-Numeric texts that don't go through.

Im having the same issue. Also i do not have a twitter or facebook account so i cant follow aanything for futhet info.

We are currently aware of an outgoing texting issue to Verizon numbers. Due to the lack of response from Verizon, in our efforts to ensure that your service is restored, we’re simply routing your texts through your TextNow texting address instead of your number as a temporary solution.

Any texts that hadn't sent previously will need to be resent.

Additionally, we will be sending a message directly to your TextNow account once the problem has been resolved if you cannot follow us on social media.

We appreciate your patience while we get this fully resolved!
