Hey Tammy! By chance, are you using Internet Explorer? If so, can you clarify what version of it?
Can you try to load the site on any other browser, such as Firefox or Chrome?
yes I am using internet explorer not for sure which version all that information is blocked only IT dept can access that
it has been loading fine up till last week now it wont load
So the oldest Internet Explorer that we support is IE11.
Would you be able to find out if that is the version that you have on your work computer?
like I said it has been fine up till last week our version didn't go backwards last week
For testing purposes, I still need to be able to confirm your version number before we go forward.
If your version number is older than IE11, it could just be that the latest release of the website was the first one that is officially no longer supported on older versions of IE.
When you no longer support a platform, it can take a few versions for that platform to become obsolete, depending on the requirements/specifications.
how do you do an update
You can update Internet Explorer by downloading and installing it from Microsoft
I'm having the same problem now. It was fine all day -- just stopped working, and now the three dots everytime I try to load.
Sorry to hear that.
If the issue is still ongoing, please head over to our live chat support between 10am-5:30pm EST for further assistance.
