Trying to add a device and get the $25 off but it won't let me

You guys previously sent me another SIM card thinking it was a SIM card issue.  I just found out from Boost Mobile that my BYOD that TextNow sent the SIM card for is locked for an entire year (it's their policy...who knew :-().  I attempted to purchase a new TextNow device last night online with a $25 off coupon code offer that was in my cart, but it rejected my purchase and said I am already registered with another device.  

Please help! 

 

p.s. people work jobs from 8-5 Monday-Friday, so your customer support should be extended beyond those hours!! Your phone number is useless, as it just tells everyone to go online.  This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have had (besides Time Warner Cable of course ha!).  If I can't get this right in the next day or so, please refund me my money (I'm a premium plan member, still within my 30 days).

I can see that you were able to receive some assistance with our live chat support. I understand that the hours may not work for your schedule, so in the future, please feel free to reach out to us either through Facebook or Twitter, where we're open until 9pm EST! 

You've already cancelled your subscription, but you can certainly place the order for the phone with the promo code now, if that is still your wish!

OK, so in this case, we would have to place the order for you manually. 

If you wish to have that done, simply message me at community@textnow.com with your billing information, along with the phone + plan you wish to purchase!

Unfortunately, I'm not able to do that. 

The only other option would be for you to speak with one of our live chat agents, where they can help you with placing the order!
