Can't acces to old phone number or change phone number ?

Hi,

I received this message, but i don't acces at TextNow webpage untill today : "Can Help me for this message ? "Remember to send a message or make a call to one of your contacts in the next few days or you will lose your number, (318) XXX-XXXX"

It's very important for me recover my old phone number for a configure any app

How recover my old number phone?

And it's possible change the actual phone number at TextNow ?

Hi there! Luckily, your number was still available to be reassigned to you. 

Please note that this is a one time exception, and should you lose your number again in the future, we won't be able to recover it for you.

Valeria has already reassigned the number to your account for you. No further action is required on your end, but make sure you use the number regularly to keep it from expiring again in the future.

HI,

I retrive my old phone number for few days, but today i lose this number , Why ? I isn't for expiring for not use , i don't know the reason for i lose the phone number and display the message for a new number

How i can retrive my old phone number
