It is a waste of time. The worst customer support I've ever seen. I run a business. I don't have hours to sit watching the chat window in hopes an agent comes on. It is sad when you have to go to "the community" to try and get your problems solved. If you click to a different page your chat window closes and you have to start over. Sux.
Live Chat help isn't live at all.
Why bother having live support if nobody is going to reply when I click speak to an agent. And no it's not after 5:30EST. Very disappointed.
