I have tried finding your contact support team for months, why don't you have an actual person I can talk to or am I missing the number?

I bought the sim card that is $9.99 a month and the service was terrible. Would constantly not be able to hear people or send messages even when I was at home with my own wifi connection.

My bank reversed one of the charges but then you folks charged me again for about the third or fourth time.

Please stop charging me. I will send the sim card back. Please if anyone is an actual human there at TextNow HQ, help me!
