Hey Caitlin! Apologies for the delay, but I can see that you were able to receive further assistance from our live chat support team :)
so all I want is to get the zipcode I have on file. I'm here, trying to port my number and they've got things arranged so that it's become like pulling teeth to get ahold of someone. They USED to have a customer service line, but either I can't find it or they've gotten rid of it. I hate discussing important matters over text but the last I checked that's the only venue textnow has allowed their customer base to get in contact with someone. only now I can't even find that. I don't know if they keep crazy hours for their support line or what, but this entire process has been so painful I don't think I could ever in good conscience recommend this service to anyone else. This is not a process that needs to take several days.
