Disappointing Customer Service... :-(

Consistent with what I've read, unfortunately this company doesn't even try to provide a reasonable amount of customer service. After two failed attempts to reach an agent through chat, I was finally connected with one today after being in #1 que position for more than 30 minutes. "Shawn" insisted on arguing with me and was unwilling to provide any sort of agent ID or extension that I could refer to. I took a screen shot of our communication, how disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for with textnow.

Hi PJ - looks like you were able to get a refund through our Live Chat. Was there anything else you needed assistance with?

Agreed, my service lapsed for non payment, i payed several days ago but just today was charged for it and service reconnected, when it’s on it works though, and the discounted rate will have me trying it for at lest another month
