never received my sim card

I never received my sim can you send me another one please. you can look up my account and see i have not activated. thank you same address on file.

Hey Faedra! According to the tracking, the package was delivered successfully on October 31st.

I was never sent my SIM card either. Is there a way you can resend it? I need it before I go on vacation. Can you look up my account to see what happened or if it was sent to the wrong location.

Can you check if my SIM card was sent to the wrong adress or what adress I had it sent to then? I’ve never received mine.

Hi Autumn! Unfortunately, we no longer receive tracking information for our SIM shipments. If you have not received your SIM card yet, however, we can certainly look into re-ordering it for you.
