I would make the payments to affirm to avoid damage your credit, call a live agent on a lunch or break or contact them by phone when you get off or over the weekend.......better to not create more issues but this is just my opinion as due to not receive the phone a refund from Affirm should be able to happen as you didn't get the phone
Never Recieved My Phone
Your tracking says It never arrived and Affirm is just about to ding my wonderful 800+ credit score due to non payment. Can you Please help me??? It has been almost two months and it seems your live agents I could talk to are on when im at work and then they arent available when I am home.

Hey @Edward! My apologies for this inconvenience. Affirm has emailed us in November asking us to hold the shipment due to an issue with the payment verification. They have not followed up with us since for the next steps.
As such, we've cancelled and refunded the order in full for you. I would suggest that you contact Affirm at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information with regards to your application.
