Whats the best way to communicate with textnow support?
Im having trouble with the whole chat with someone from textnow support deal, I just want to call and talk to someone like I have with other carriers.. is that possible? I need to get a replacement phone for the 1 I recently purchased "brand new" from textnow but it, come to find out, has a manufacturer defect. (HTC-Bolt! Right half of the screen has gone and mostly stayed black. Frustrating to say the least) How do I contact the right people to get that worked out? Thanks for your time and help!
