Issues with service

I received my phone that I had ordered. I had paid for the phone and one month of service. When setting it up, it made me pay for another month. The app itself also keeps saying that I am not signed up for a service plan. Oh, and the customer service chat option doesn't work.

There seems to be something strange occurring here, as you ordered a phone, which should have come pre-activated, but then there completed an additional SIM card activation? 

I've refunded you the extra $19.99 charged, and looking further into your account to find the issue and a resolution! Appreciate your patience.

Yea it made me sign up again for some reason. Wasn't activated properly before being shipped I guess? And the account still acts like I need to get a plan but data and calling etc work fine. Glitch?

All right, I've added a credit ($19.99) to your account balance so you could activate your new phone again. 

Please follow the steps here and pick the 2GB plan (you won't be charged again)

Before completing the steps above, please note that you seem to have multiple TextNow accounts. The one that has the credit on it is the one you purchased the phone from. If you're unsure, look through your emails to find out which one has confirmation messages from us for the purchase (that email address can be used for your login)

Now it's giving me mip67 notifications on the phone and when I signin and attempt to do what you said, at the end when I go to finalize things it says
