Group Chat recipients not receiving messages
I am having a problem with group messaging that the members of the group chat are not getting my messages. I am the one who created the chat and no one is getting the messages. messages to single recipient are going out fine.

No, I even tried deleting the conversation and creating a new one again.

I tried yesterday too but no one responds to the chat and now it is not even trying to connect to an agent.
Is there any other way to communicate?
If you go into the chat and say 'speak to agent' during the operating hours, one will assist you further when they become available.
