Hey there! Is this a collect call by any chance that you're trying to accept? (Unfortunately, our VoIP platform can't accept collect calls)
During a call, the dialpad isn't working
To accept/connect the call I have to press 1. There isn't any overlapping buttons and numbers. It allows me to press the number but it doesn't connect the call, which results to me missing an important call.

When did this start i was always able to receive collect calls to this number
Collect alls have never been supported, simply due to the VoIP nature of our service.
Are these by chance pre-paid calls, or calls that you are being charged for?
Yes, they are pre-paid calls. Ive been receiving them on this line for over a year now, and in the last week or so the dialer wont let me select zero to connect the call.
