Can the Company be any more colder to the people that are the reason they receive a pay cheque? Textnow should provide more of a personable experience for it's Clients when are faced with questions regarding the Company and it's benefits. By not being Client-Oriented has made me think twice about using this particular app. The reason is because I tried to reach the Office for sales discussions and questions and it's impossible to speak to a Human. It makes me feel like I am not worthy of the money invested in staff for administrative purposes by this app's benefactors.
