Hey Roger! When you download the free app, we don't ask for any billing information, so we don't have anything to bill (unless you specifically upgrade to either the premium subscription or our wireless service and input that information in during the checkout)
Looking up your account, I still do not see any billing information attached to it, nor any charges. So I'd please ask that you contact us at email@example.com with the last 4 digits of the card that was charged, the exact charge amount, and the date of the charge so we can investigate this further.
