Webpage doesn't play new message notifcation..

I use the website for messaging because I have a win7 pc (your app only works on 10) and typing is a LOT easier for my old hands.

However for a while now, I just don't get a audio alert to incoming messages on t he PC/website.  Well, I CAN get an alert, but I have to tick "All Sounds" under Notifications in Settings.  If I only have "Notification Sound" ticked, I get nothing at all.  Both sound boxes have to be ticked for me to get Notification audio alert and frankly all the new stupid kiddy sounds on the website are very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very

annoying!

I reported this as an issue pretty much the day after you guys elected to change the site sounds, but I never heard back about it and nothing seems to have been done.

I am a PREMIUM customer - I PAY for service.  All I'm asking for is you to fix the problem that makes it so I have to have ALL sounds or NONE.  It is already set up so I can make those choices, BUT IT DOESN'T WORK like it should.  So I am asking you to fix it, please.

I am using Firefox on Win7 64bit.  It is all up-to-date.

Not having this issue with other sites.

Hey Dea! Apologies for the confusion.

If you don't have the "All Sounds" turned on, what is supposed to happen is that the TextNow tab is backgrounded (it's not the tab you're currently on), and a message comes in, both the notification and the sound is meant to come on to let you know you have a new message. What seems to be happening right now is that it has the pop-up notification coming in, but the sound doesn't come on until you open up the tab again (so that is a bug that our engineers are looking into)

Otherwise, if you have the browser open to the messaging page and are actively on it, there will be no notification sound (as once again, it is only meant to occur when the tab is in the background)
