New Chat System Is Bad
This support new chat system is frustrating. It took me forever to get a live agent, it kept trying to route me to automated answers. When I finally got through, the agents were working hard to help me, but I got disconnected suddenly and when I tried to reach back out, I got the message that chat hours were over.
You need a better way to assist your customers.
