Alexandra ended our tech support chat session at 530 on the dot with out resolving the issue.

i have multiple issues that the tech was clearly not reading and then acted as if i was being rude. i do understand text can take the context out of a conversation that voice conversation would have. i have to work all of your hours of operation and i can not take off to deal with these issues. i had a little bit of time today only and it was getting close to 530pm and i asked if the tech would drop me at 530pm and they assured me they would not and sure as shine as soon as 530pm came around they dropped me and closed the chat out. how stinking disgusted i am. you can review my account to see who dropped me and see clearly that they dropped me with out taking care of my problem. this is BS!

people need to beware that these banking hours are not enough to handle problems that text now is plagued with.

i have had multiple phones exchanged, no blocked internet ports, and other free wifi calling apps work much better. no wifi calls, app crashing constantly needing to reboot to use the app, no tech support for the people that actually work during the day for a living. buyer beware thinking about cancelling.
